Covid-19 Updates - Please Read
USPS is suffering from major funding cuts and extremely limited staff due to Covid so long delays are becoming more and more common. Delays can be caused by a multitude of issues such as decreased staff in your area or you may be at the end of a drivers route. Overtime has recently been eliminated by the new post master so many carriers are unable to deliver to homes at the end of their routes before the day is over so mail delivery is suffering as a result. We HIGHLY encourage al customers, regardless of date needed, to upgrade to priority mail. International shipping is also being turned off due to a high percentage of lost items and extremely long delays.
Please keep in mind that USPS is no longer guaranteeing shipping times for any mail service so the posted shipping time is very likely to take longer. If it has been over 7 days since your items was marked as shipped (pre-transit) please reach out to see if we can help. I NEVER purposefully mark that orders shipped when they in fact have not, your shipping date should be shown in your email confirmation. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
Shipping in the US
Please keep in mind that all Love & Bambii designs are 100% handmade to order so purchases will take up to 2-5 days to create depending on the current season and the difficulty of your order. If at any time you need an item by a specific date we strongly urge you to upgrade shipping to Priority or Express as first class can be unreliable.
We ship all items via USPS First Class which typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Expedited options are available for an additional fee - you will have the option to make your selection at checkout.
We highly recommend upgrading to add insurance (included in Priority Mail and Express Mail) to your shipment as First Class does not insure packages if lost, stolen or damaged and we do not offer replacements in these situations.
All international customer please be aware that any duty, customs and VAT fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the seller. Please check with your local Custom authorities to see if additional fees are due at time of delivery.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or any US holiday.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our items we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or not as ordered.
Since all body types and fit preferences vary, we strongly recommend comparing the listing measurements to a similar shirt you own that fits you well to find the best size for you. Please check the listing measurements carefully before ordering and send us a message if you have any questions in the form provided prior to your purchase.
Refunds will not be given for any item received outside of our 30 day return time frame for any reason. If you have a problem with your order you must reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any approved return must be in the original packaging, any tags secured onto the garment, and absolutely never worn.
